What Is Required of an Executive Council Leader

Executive Council Leaders are held to a higher standard of Character, Discipline, and Accountability. Leadership within The Circle of Kings International is not symbolic – it is earned through integrity, consistency, and demonstrated fruit.

Executive Council Leaders Must:

Model moral and spiritual discipline
Lead their homes with order and conviction
Demonstrate operational excellence
Upload institutional alignment and unity
Produce measurable impact within their territory

EXECUTIVE COUNCIL LEADERS:

ESTABLISH ORDER & STRUCTURE
Executive Council leaders implement leadership systems, and operational standards that ensure the mission advances with discipline and clarity across every level of the organization.

LEAD OUTREACH & FORMATION
They oversee teaching, discipleship, mentorship, and community initiatives – restoring men, strengthening families, and mobilizing service in alignment with our mission.

EXPAND & OVERSEE TERRITORY
From city to international leadership, they develop chapters, appoint leaders, and steward expansion efforts to ensure impact is multiplied, not centralized.
