Our Commitment

The Circle of Kings International, Inc. is committed to cultivating a brotherhood of men who exemplify high character, moral integrity, disciplined leadership, and spiritual maturity. This Organizational Policy outlines the standards and expectations for all members, partners, officers, directors, volunteers, and representatives of the organization.

Our mission is to develop leaders who strengthen families, impact communities, and influence nations through principled leadership and Christ-centered values.

Core Values & Standards of Conduct

Integrity as the Foundation

Integrity is non-negotiable. All members are expected to operate with honesty, accountability, and transparency in their personal, professional, and organizational conduct. We believe that integrity reflects godly character and establishes trust within our brotherhood and the communities we serve (Proverbs 10:9).

Members must avoid actions that compromise their moral standing or bring disrepute upon The Circle of Kings International, Inc.

Representation of Organizational Values

Every member represents The Circle of Kings. Conduct, speech, leadership decisions, and public behavior must reflect our values of faith, discipline, humility, generosity, responsibility, and moral courage.

Members shall refrain from conduct that damages the reputation, unity, or mission of the organization.

Spiritual and Moral Leadership

Members are called to demonstrate spiritual maturity and moral leadership in their homes, workplaces, churches, and communities. Leaders within The Circle of Kings are held to an elevated standard of conduct, as described in 1 Timothy 3:2-7, and must demonstrate self-control, faithfulness, sound judgment, and honorable character.

Leadership within this organization is not positional alone—it is behavioral.

Respect, Unity, and Brotherhood

All members shall treat one another with dignity, honor, and respect. Patience, humility, and forgiveness must govern our interactions (Ephesians 4:2-3).

Discrimination, harassment, divisiveness, abusive language, or conduct that creates hostility within the brotherhood will not be tolerated.

Unity is essential to fulfilling our mission.

Community Impact & Service

Members are expected to actively contribute to their families, churches, workplaces, and communities. This includes mentorship, service initiatives, charitable engagement, and leadership development that strengthens others (Matthew 5:16).

We do not gather for self-glorification but for collective impact.
